How to: Change an automatic link to a manual link.
Solution:
Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Links...'. Select the link and select the 'Automatic' or 'Manual' radio button.
Select a radio button
Click 'Update Now'.
1) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Links...'. (The Links dialog box appears.)
2) Select the link that will be changed.
3) Select the 'Automatic' or 'Manual' radio button at the bottom of the dialog box.

4) Click 'Update Now' and click 'Close'.
